OCR FITNESS TRAINING

OCR Fitness Training stands for Obstacle Course Race Fitness Training. This group class is led by Bryan McCombs who is ranked 13th Elite Spartan in the US and 50th in the world. He is also a Spartan SGX Coach. This class is a strength and endurance workout that offers challenge and achievement through overcoming obstacles in a fun environment. The class will utilize the climbing walls, obstacle rig, fitness room and gym equipment availing of terrain both inside and outside of the building. Athletes will develop fitness and key skills to get their next race – aerobic capacity, grip strength, carries, lifting, climbing and traversing.

Date/Time: 7:00am – 9:00am Sundays (December) and 7:00am – 9:00am Saturdays (January) Please check our calendar online or on the app (RgProConnect) for future dates!
Cost: Non-Members = Day Pass ($15)
Members = $10 drop-in rate or $15 monthly OCR add-on to your membership
