If you want to book the room without the party hosts and other party benefits, on a non-party time, please contact us. The fee to rent the room is $30.

Our birthday parties ROCK…literally! We make it so easy too. We provide the helpers, the room, the fun, and the clean up! Bring your own food, guests and we will do the rest. All information about our birthday parties are listed below.

PRICES:

  • $138 plus tax covers the first 6 climbers for 2 hours of unlimited climbing, rental gear, 2 hours of use in the party room, special party helper(s) plus a Gemstone shirt for the birthday kid!
  • After 6 climbers, the cost is $18 plus tax per climber
  • IF THE NUMBER OF PARTY GUESTS CHANGES BY MORE THAN 3+ THEN WHAT YOU LISTED ON THE BOOKING, PLEASE TEXT KIM AT 208-358-2807 ASAP IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE BEST PARTY EXPERIENCE AS WE CAN.

 

REQUIRED DEPOSIT:

  • 50% of the total due is the required deposit. The balanced settled towards the end of the party with your party host including sales tax.

 

TIMES AVAILABLE:

  • 2-hour time slots
  • Weekends can be booked online (5 days in advance)

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • Party room for 2 hours with plates, napkins, utensils and cups
  • Party helpers, as needed, usually at a 8:1 climber to belayer ratio
  • Birthday child receives free Gemstone T-Shirt
  • All climbers get a free tattoo and\or sucker
  • Rental harness and rental shoes for all climbers

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. The host family can show up 15 minutes early to bring in food\decorations. We cannot allow any early, without prior arrangements, due to other parties being held before\after your party.
2. After making sure every single guest, climbing or not, has signed an online liability waiver, we will pass out rental gear to all climbers.
3. All party guests will meet your party helpers in the birthday room where the helpers will check for gear safety and go through safety procedures.
4. You are welcome to bring your own decorations and food. All food must remain in party room and hands must be washed prior to heading back out on the climbing floor.
5. Sometimes we take photos for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you don’t want any photos used.
